The Liquid Heat Exchanger is designed for highly efficient heat transfer by providing closed loop circulation of temperature controlled coolant.  Controlled temperature coolant is circulated from an enclosed reservoir by a high reliability pump.  The heavy duty design makes it ideal for demanding commercial and industrial  applications where high performance and low maintenance are important.

The Liquid Heat Exchanger from BV Thermal Systems removes heat from the circulating coolant (via a water to water heat exchanger) and transfers the heat to either tap or facilities water.   The actual temperature of the circulating coolant is controlled by a temperature controller and solenoid valve.  Due to varying water supplies, a gate valve is also used to regulate flow/pressure of the facility or house water supply.

The Liquid Heat Exchanger features a bypass loop which is an externally adjustable pressure bypass valve located on the front panel.  When actuated, partial or full pump flow will be re-directed through the refrigerated plate heat exchanger back to the reservoir.  This protects the fluid pump and motor from a “dead-head” situation.

Realizing more energy savings than traditional chillers with compressors, the Liquid Heat Exchanger provides continuous cooling capacities to 100,000 watts.  Providing a clean, closed-loop water cooling system  and featuring the highest quality plumbing in the industry, the Liquid Heat Exchangers have a 5°C to 50°C temperature range and provide exceptional temperature control with ±1°C accuracy.

Featuring user adjustable temperature high and low alarm with a remote signal and a reservoir drain with ball valve and liquid filled pressure gauge in PSI and Kpa, the Liquid Heat Exchanger is built to last.  With the largest selection of options in the industry, the Liquid Heat Exchanger may be designed and manufactured to your exact requirements and specifications.
