Utilization of a recirculating chiller is an option for Industrial Laser Cooling. BV Thermal Systems Industrial Chillers are used to remove heat from laser systems to prevent overheating of critical components and to extend the life and accuracy of the laser.

Industrial Laser Cooling is dependent upon chillers  providing consistent flow and pressure to the system while maintaining control of the coolant.  BV Thermal Systems  features recirculating chillers which provide continuous cooling with temperature from +5° to +27°C.  Featuring a low profile design with high quality locking casters, the Industrial Laser Cooling chillers provide a small footprint with exceptional performance and unmatched reliability.

BV Thermal Systems offers numerous standard models of chillers for lasers (portable and rack mount) with standard sizes ranging from 828 watts to 52,000 watts, a -40°C to +50°C temperature range  and a ±0.1°C temperature accuracy.   The reliable and accurate recirculating chillers for lasers are totally customizable from coolant (water, deionized (DI) water, EGW, PGW, etc.), capacity, flow rate, piping and controller.  Standard features include: Auto tuning PID Controller, Hot Gas By-Pass Valve, Adjustable High and Low Temperature Alarms and Liquid Filled Pressure Gauge.  Every chiller (standard or custom) is equipped with a one year warranty on parts and service.

Manufactured and thoroughly tested in the United States   the chillers for lasers feature a hot gas by-pass which allows for greater stability and thermal protection for the pump, motor and compressor. With simplicity in design and operation, the BV Thermal Systems Chillers for Lasers are designed to provide years of reliable liquid temperature control.
